Earlier this September, the executive teams of all CROWD subsidiaries came together for a multi-day strategic leadership offsite in Chamonix, France. The purpose of this gathering was to align our long-term strategic priorities, foster cross-company collaboration, and further strengthen the cohesion within the leadership of the CROWD Group.
This offsite offered a focused environment away from daily operations, allowing us to reflect on critical business challenges, identify synergies across the group, and align on key growth initiatives.
As part of the agenda, the group participated in a guided glacier hike in the Valle Blanche, accessed via the Aiguille du Midi (altitude of 3,800 meters). While physically demanding, the experience was carefully integrated into the offsite to highlight the importance of mutual support, adaptability, and coordinated action in unfamiliar and challenging environments. This activity served as a practical metaphor for navigating complexity, building resilience, and moving forward together — essential components in today’s business landscape.
The offsite was designed as a structured, business-driven initiative, combining strategic alignment with team development to support our long-term goals.
